CHAA ANNUAL RECOGNITION AWARD
About the Award
First awarded in 1984, the Christian Health Association of Alberta Recognition Award for Outstanding Service in Christian Health Care is presented at the Annual General Meeting. Its purpose is :
“To see that public recognition and tribute be paid to individuals or groups who have made outstanding contributions to Christian Health Care in the province.”
The nominee has;
· Provided leadership in the work of Christian Health Care in Alberta.
· Has shown unselfish dedication to “Service-for-others”.
· Has made a particular contribution to Christian Health Care in Alberta.
· Is recognized by one’s peers as worthy to receive this award.
To nominate a person or Organisations for receipt of the Christian Health Association of Alberta Annual Recognition Award for outstanding service in Christian Health Care you should send a typed report on letterhead, which contains the following information;
